What is the warranty policy for electronic items?
1. By default, every electronic product would come with a one-year guarantee. We kindly ask that you preserve the item's original box as well as the store bill or receipt for the item you bought.

2. To return or exchange a purchase, please contact our customer service department via email or in-person at the store so that it can be examined and processed further.
How do I get my favorite neighbourhood Specialty store listed on Quikrbox?
You can write to partnerships@Quikrbox.com for all suggestions related to new stores. We will work extra hard to get the store listed on Quikrbox and have the products from that store available to you.
For pharmacy stores, will I need to provide prescriptions when purchasing certain items?
The items available in pharmacy stores are only “over-the-counter” non-prescription items.

How do I raise a claim with customer service for any of the Guarantees - Delivery Guarantee, Quality Guarantee?
We will make every effort to resolve any concerns you may have regarding the cost, caliber, or delivery of the products and reimburse you. Please provide the specifics of your order and the problem you were having to our customer care team.
